Country Director – Spain Leading international healthcare technology company, currently expanding its operations in Spain, is looking for a Country Director – Spain.
Strategy & Growth Own commercial performance and country P&L. Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
Build, lead, and develop the local team. Manage hiring, performance, and talent development. Foster a high-performance and entrepreneurial culture. Ensure alignment between local execution and integral objectives.
Lead strategic partnerships and commercial negotiations. Support the company's positioning and visibility in the Spanish market. Ensure effective execution of local business plans. Collaborate with global teams across Commercial, Product, Clinical, and Operations functions.
Drive continuous improvement and scalability of local operations. Significant experience in healthcare, healthtech, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, or related sectors. Strong understanding of the Spanish healthcare system.
Proven experience leading teams, business units, or country operations. Strong commercial mindset and experience managing business performance. Established network within the healthcare sector in Spain.
