The successful candidate will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and minimize legal risks. Counsel on all matters of employment law, including employee rights and obligations, disciplinary and grievance procedures, lawful termination processes, working time regulations, occupational health & safety, and the classification of personnel (employee vs. independent contractor) Advise on various commercial, corporate, and contractual arrangements; draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and coordinate related legal processes (Desirable) Offer guidance on local corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and tax implications Juris Doctor (JD), LLB, or equivalent legal degree, duly admitted to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction Minimum of 5 years' qualified legal practice, with at least 3 years focused on employment and labor law Demonstrated experience advising corporate or organizational clients on day-to-day HR legal matters and employment compliance Working knowledge of data protection and privacy laws (e.g., Proven skills in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts Excellent oral and written proficiency in English Key role in launching our Valencia office Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Legal Industries Software Development Get notified about new Employment Lawyer jobs in Valencian Community, Spain .
