Engineer Quality

At HAYS , we are collaborating with a leading company in the technology sector , working on the development of innovative digital solutions within a 100% remote international project . We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the QA team, working in Agile environments and participating in the validation of complex, customer-facing systems. We are seeking a profile with solid experience in both manual and automated testing, with a strong quality-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.

Definition, design, and execution of manual and automated test cases. Collaboration with development, engineering, and product teams in Agile environments. Contribution to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Use of QA tools for test planning, execution, and tracking. Participation in release validation, ensuring product quality before deployment. Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA roles.

Experience in both manual and automated testing. Knowledge of QA tools and test management systems (e.g., Jira, Postman, or similar).

Experience working in Agile environments. C1 level of English (mandatory) . Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and quality-oriented mindset. API and integration testing experience.

Experience working with cloud or SaaS platforms. Permanent contract with Hays . ~100% remote working model. ~ Opportunity to work on an international project . ~
