Full-time Company Description Sobi offers the opportunity to work at an international pharmaceutical company focused on specialty pharmaceuticals meeting the high medical needs of rare disease patients and providing treatment and services to them.
Sobi marketed products portfolio as well as future pipeline introduction, preparing markets in some specifics Spanish regions, providing strategic knowledge about regional healthcare systems market landscape as well as monitoring the changes in market access policies and legislations. Key Responsibilities/Scope of the Job Propose patient access strategy for the region aligned of course with national and general strategy: positioning and access to hospitals/regions conditions considering current health environment and applicable regulations for all Sobi products, including but not limited to: Analyze environment and available product data. Develop local/regional patient access strategy aligned with national strategy.
Develop proposal for all regions accounts to access Sobi brands. Establish strong and reliable and regular relation with relevant authorities and convey Sobi image and values, coordinating with medical, commercial teams and the rest of patient access. 5 years of medtech/biotech/pharmaceutical experience in a market access ecosystem related role. Ability to review data, analyses, identify opportunities and challenges and to anticipate these in a proactive and prospective manner. (Knowledge of the regional and national market access environment.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and to "federate" resources on patient access projects. Good communication skills (oral and writing) in English. Solid understanding of Spanish Health System including different Regions.
Solid understanding of commercial, medical functions and back up roles such as regulatory, legal, financial and how these roles best contribute to a successful patient access approach.
While this role primarily involves office-based responsibilities, occasional travel may be necessary, primarily for internal meetings, training sessions, or attendance at congresses. Flexibility to be available during weekends and bank-holiday days when required is essential for this role. #
