Currently we are looking for a highly organized, proactive, execution-driven, and responsible Office & Executive Assistant to support the Senior Leadership Team in a fast-paced international environment. This role requires a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to ensure seamless coordination across the executive leadership team and company.
This is a hybrid role combining on-site responsibilities (mail handling, local coordination, meetings) and remote support (tasks, follow-ups, documentation). Our office is located in Malaga.

You’ll be a trusted partner to the leadership team and a driving force behind helping our Spanish branch stay connected, organized and efficient. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into operations or project coordination. • Based in Málaga / Costa del Sol or in neighbouring locations + own car required
• Fluent in English and Spanish
