Responsibilities
- Enhance Financial Models : Improve and develop financial modelling tools to support strategic decision-making across the company
- Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth research on hotel real estate trends, investment opportunities, and competitive landscapes across multiple markets
- Support Regional Teams : Provide structure and analytical support to teams operating in different countries
- Feasibility Studies : Assist in evaluating potential M&A deals and other new opportunities
- Process Optimization : Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in our underwriting process
- Presentation & Teaser Development : Prepare high-quality presentations and teasers for both internal projects and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus!)
- Experience : 1-3 years in financial advisory/consulting/hotel real estate consulting or hotel operations
- Data Savvy : Strong analytical skills and experience with market research. If you love Excel and financial modelling, you’ll fit right in!
- Research Skills : Excellent research capabilities with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into key insights
- Clear Communicator : You can simplify complex ideas and share them effectively. We value strong verbal and written skills.
- Team Player & Independent Worker : Ability to work collaboratively while being highly autonomous and requiring mínimal supervision
- Independent Problem Solver : You’re proactive and motivated to tackle challenges head-on.
