Strategic Business Analyst (Finance & Controlling) – Executive-Level Opportunity At VASS|T4S , we are partnering with a key client to identify a high-calibre Business Analyst with a strong strategic mindset and a solid background in finance and controlling. This is not a typical reporting role — we are looking for someone who can connect data, business insight, and decision-making at a senior level . You will act as a strategic partner to the business, driving clarity and insight across complex data environments.

Performing root-cause analysis to uncover key business drivers Working with BI/BW data (non-developer role) to validate outputs and ensure data integrity Supporting improvements in data quality, processes, and business performance Delivering ad hoc analysis to inform high-level decision-making 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in finance / controlling environments ~ Comfortable navigating complex datasets and translating them into business insights ~ Proven ability to challenge, validate and improve data-driven processes ~ Fluent English (C1 minimum); German is a plus 100% remote (based in Madrid) ~ This is a unique opportunity to step into a strategic, high-impact position , working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing key business decisions in an international environment.
