Field Engineering QC piping (Cádiz)

Field Engineering Mechanical Support - ref. JOB‑1570

Job Summary

As part of an industrial project, we are looking for a Mechanical Field Support Engineer to work exclusively onsite on a project based in Spain, in Huelva.

Main Responsibilities

• Verify engineering documents from subcontractors against field reality
• Ensure control of technical documentation during the final phase of the project
• Participate in the technical and documentation close‑out of installations
• Verify the application of applicable codes and standards, especially ASME B31
• Work closely with construction, commissioning, and quality teams
• Report progress and blocking points to the project manager

Profile Required

• Technical background in mechanical engineering, industrial piping, or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering or field engineering in mechanical/piping and static equipment
• Proven experience on industrial projects with mandatory onsite presence
• Excellent ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, and vendor documentation
• Fluent Spanish (mandatory) and good level of English (minimum B2)
