We’re partnering with a fast-growing company operating at the intersection of gaming, fintech, payments, and consumer entertainment in the US to hire a FinOps & Growth Finance Lead.
This role will own the financial operating system behind a rapidly scaling business, working closely with leadership across Finance, Growth, Product, Payments, and Operations.
Key responsibilities include
- Financial operations & reconciliations
- UA budget management & growth finance
- Cash flow forecasting & treasury operations
- KPI reporting & forecasting
- Financing & repayment tracking
- Provider, vendor & payment partner settlements
Requirements
- 4–8+ years in FinOps, FP&A, Growth Finance, Strategic Finance, Treasury, Payments Ops, or similar
- Strong analytical and operational mindset
- Experience managing transaction-heavy environments
- Strong understanding of cohort economics, CAC, ROAS, payback, and cash forecasting
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Ability to build processes and reporting structures from scratch
Nice to have
- Gaming / iGaming / fintech / consumer app experience
- Experience with UA financing, venture debt, or lender reporting
- Familiarity with payment processors, reconciliations, chargebacks, BI tools, SQL, or dashboarding platforms
