Your impact

We are seeking a talented and experienced

• *Senior Fullstack Developer**

to join our team. In this role, you will help design, build, and maintain end-to-end features for

• *TeamsMaestro**

and

• *MailMaestro**

, working across both frontend and backend systems. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-friendly experiences. If you enjoy owning features from idea to production and working with modern web and cloud technologies, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end features across frontend and backend for TeamsMaestro and MailMaestro.
• Build and evolve backend services and APIs, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces and ensure a high-quality user experience across web applications.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, improve application reliability, and maintain high code quality through testing and reviews.
• Work closely with product, design, and other engineers to translate requirements into well-crafted technical solutions.

Who we’re looking for

• Proven experience building and maintaining fullstack web applications in production.
• Strong expertise in

• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as

• Experience integrating or running LLM-based features in production environments.
• Solid understanding of application performance, scalability, and observability (logging, monitoring, error tracking).

• Experience using AI coding assistants or IDEs such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• An eye for detail and a strong sense for building polished, user-friendly interfaces.
