Job Title: Full-Stack Developer (AI-Augmented Workflow)
Location: Remote (Europe/UK) | UK-based candidates: In-office requirement
Contract Length: 12 Months (Minimum)
Start Date: Early May (Decision by end of April)

We are a fast-paced, investor-backed startup looking for a senior-level Full-Stack Developer who embraces the future of engineering. We aren’t looking for "old school" purists; we want a builder who views AI as a force multiplier and is eager to leverage modern tools to deliver high-quality code at speed.
This role is critical for transitioning our MVP to a production-ready environment . You will have high autonomy, working in a small, agile team to build out our infrastructure, security, and feature set.
The Tech Stack (minimum 4 years of experience)
- Front-end: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
- Back-end/Database: Supabase, PostgreSQL
- Workflow: Heavy integration of AI-assisted development tools.
- End-to-End Delivery: Take the current MVP and scale it, focusing on infrastructure, environment levels (Dev/Staging/Prod), security, and logging.
- True Full-Stack Development: Transition seamlessly between complex back-end architecture and front-end UI tasks.
- AI Implementation: Utilize AI tools to generate, review, and refine code, ensuring maximum efficiency without sacrificing quality.
- Autonomy: Take ownership of projects from ideation to production. You aren't just "part of a team"; you are the driver of the delivery.
- AI-First Mindset: You must be willing to use and learn AI development tools. Resistance to AI-assisted workflows is a dealbreaker.
- MVP Experience: Proven track record of taking a product from MVP to a live production environment.
- Balanced Skillset: You are a true full-stack developer. You must be just as comfortable styling with Tailwind as you are architecting a PostgreSQL database.
- Startup DNA: Experience in small teams where speed, adaptability, and "scrappiness" are required.
- Experience: Ideally 3–5+ years of professional experience.
- Availability: Must be able to work UK shift hours.
- Stage 1: A screening call followed by a technical assessment
- Stage 2: A 30-minute introductory call to discuss your background and alignment with our AI-driven culture.
- Stage 3: A 1-hour technical session focusing on a practical exercise regarding the first 6 months of the roadmap.
