We are looking for a

Fullstack Java Developer to join a well-established IT consulting company with over 50 years of experience delivering tailored software solutions for enterprise clients.

You will be part of a collaborative, remote-first environment where technical excellence, autonomy, and continuous learning are strongly encouraged.

Develop and maintain fullstack applications (frontend + backend)

Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Collaborate within agile, cross-functional teams

Work across both cloud and on-premise environments

Strong experience with

Java and Spring Boot

Experience with reactive programming

(Spring WebFlux, Reactive Streams)

Solid knowledge of event-driven architectures and

Kafka

Hands-on experience integrating Kafka with Spring (Spring Cloud Stream)

Strong database knowledge, especially

PostgreSQL

, and ORM tools (Hibernate)

Experience with

JDBC / R2DBC and reactive data processing

Familiarity with cloud-native technologies:

Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform

Interest in leveraging xugodme

AI tools for software development

Strong English communication skills (German is a plus).

45K – €55K + 10–15% performance bonus

100% remote within Spain
