What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong Java/Spring Boot experience and exposure to React, eager to work in an Agile and DevOps environment for a leading Wealth Management client.
Responsibilities
Software Development &
- Work within a cross-functional team using Agile methodologies in a DevOps-centric environment.
- Design, develop, deploy, release, and monitor applications.
- Participate in code reviews and pull request evaluations.
Collaboration &
- Collaborate with colleagues across different business divisions to understand and address business needs.
- Participate in planning sessions, backlog refinement, and feature discussions.
- Work closely with Solution Architects to design solutions aligned with the company's architectural vision.
Knowledge Sharing &
- Actively contribute to Software Engineering communities.
- Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
Mindset &

Technical &
- Proven experience in Software Engineering following industry best practices.
- Experience with:
- Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
- Good understanding of DevOps principles, including:
- Continuous Integration (CI)
- Continuous Deployment (CD)
- Test automation
Education &
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
Full Stack Expectations
- Ability to work across both frontend and backend development.
- A deeper specialization in either frontend or backend is acceptable.
- Willingness to contribute in both domains when required.
