THE ROLE

Being a Full Stack Software Engineer at Launchmetrics is all about autonomy, creativity and ownership. You will work in a squad mixing other developers, UI/UX designer, QA engineer and Product Manager and you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying new features and frameworks in our Metrics products.

How This Role Contributes to the Bigger Picture: This role plays a key part in our Tech & Product strategy, directly supporting company‑wide objectives around customer retention, data trust, and the development of new AI‑based insights.

What you’ll do

• Contribute to building new products from initial architecture choices to the marketable product, impulsing innovative solutions and the most recent technologies
• Architect efficient database schemas for new implementations or contribute to improve existing ones
• Work closely with other developers, product management, UI/UX designer and QA engineer to define user requirements and translate them into reliable, intuitive features
• Evangelize code qua
