? Develop and maintain fullstack applications (frontend + backend)

? Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)

? Collaborate within agile, cross-functional teams

? Design and implement tailored technical solutions

? Work across both cloud and on-premise environments

? Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making

? Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Required

Skills

? Strong experience with

Java and Spring Boot

?

Experience with reactive programming

(Spring WebFlux, Reactive Streams)

? Solid knowledge of event-driven architectures and

Kafka

? Hands-on experience integrating Kafka with Spring (Spring Cloud Stream)

? Strong database knowledge, especially

PostgreSQL

, and ORM tools (Hibernate)

?

Experience with

JDBC / R2DBC and reactive data processing

? Familiarity with cloud-native technologies:

Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform

? Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and environments

? Interest in leveraging

AI tools for software development

?

Strong

English communication skills (German is a plus).
