What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Functional Product Owner with experience in Assisted Channelworking close to one of our main clients in banking sector.

We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Commercial Campaigns Specialist to lead the definition and evolution of omnichannel inbound and outbound commercial campaign capabilities within our SaaS Assisted Channels platform.

The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and optimizing commercial interaction workflows, campaign servicing journeys, customer targeting capabilities, and campaign operational processes used across Contact Centers, Branches, and remote servicing teams in commercial campaigns

This role acts as the functional owner of commercial campaign capabilities, translating business and commercial needs into scalable global capabilities, interaction workflows, campaign management processes, and customer engagement experiences.

The role requires close collaboration with Product Managers, Technical Leads, Operations teams, Marketing teams, and country programs to ensure globally reusable, business-driven, and scalable campaign solutions.

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

• Define and lead the functional vision and roadmap for omnichannel commercial campaign capabilities.
• Analyze current capabilities across markets and prioritize future ones, aligning business needs with technical development.
• Collaborate with country programs and technical teams to identify reusable global capabilities and manage local requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional definitions, user stories, and operational requirements for IT teams.
• Coordinate with technical teams on backlog prioritization, release planning, and functional validation.
• Define and evolve operational use cases for campaign, lead, and opportunity management.
• Define campaign KPIs and performance metrics in collaboration with analytics teams.
• Maintain functional documentation in Confluence and Jira.

What UST expects from you?

• Proven experience in Product Ownership, Functional analysis or Campaign Management solutions.
• Experience working with Inbound and outbound commercial campaigns in Contact Center operations and/or Branches
• Experience translating business requirements into Product backlog items.
• Strong understanding of Customer interaction workflows, Commercial servicing processes, Campaign operational models (Sales, Collections, etc.)
• Drive functional alignment across stakeholders.
• Ability to understand operational pain points and translate them into scalable campaign capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a complex and cross-functional environment.
• Strong prioritization and roadmap management capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and Global versus local demands.
• Ability to work in global and multi-country product organizations.
• Good english level (C1) you will be working with international teams.
