Requirements

3 years of experience working as a assistant general manager, assistant sales manager or front desk manager, preferably in Marriott Hotels

High level of English. Knowledge of other languages is highly valued

Degree in Hotel Management or a degree in Tourism or Business Administration

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise the operation of all hotel departments, ensuring optimal functioning.

Ensure compliance with established objectives, both in terms of results and hotel quality standards.

Manage the hotel's budget, control expenses, analyze deviations, and adopt necessary corrective measures.

Analyze market trends within the hotel industry and identify customer needs.

Ensure customer satisfaction, emphasizing the quality of service and conveying the company's cultural values.

Manage the hotel's quality system: oversee compliance with the hotel's quality standards and corporate policies.

Ensure the hotel's facilities are in optimal condition. xugodme

Oversee staff management in collaboration with HR, including supervision of personnel policies.
