Lead the geometric design of complex transport corridors and civil infrastructure
Develop and review design deliverables including alignments, cross-sections, and 3D models
Provide technical direction and mentorship to designers, CAD specialists, and junior engineers
Collaborate closely with project managers and discipline leads to support integrated project outcomes
Ensure all work meets applicable industry standards, project requirements, and quality expectations
Strong background in geometric design for road and/or rail projects
Proficiency with leading design platforms such as OpenRoads, 12d, or Civil 3D
Excellent communication, leadership, xugodme and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to navigate competing priorities and manage complex project interfaces
Applicants must be a New Zealand Resident/Citizen or hold appropriate work rights to work in New Zealand.
