Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Male/Female Gestor based in Barcelona, with the flexibility to work some days remotely. The Gestor will handle client communications, coordinate legal documentation, and ensure compliance with immigration processes.

Responsibilities include organizing and managing client files, liaising with governmental institutions, and providing support in procedural and administrative matters related to citizenship applications. The role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of legal and immigration processes.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in client support and professional correspondence.
• Basic knowledge of legal, regulatory, or immigration processes, with an ability to liaise effectively with government institutions.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office, data management systems, and virtual communication platforms.
• Experience in project management or workflow coordination is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and a high-level proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field preferred.
