Position Overview
Axalta is a leading coatings company that invests in innovative solutions to protect and beautify products across a range of industries. We are looking for a Global Marketing Content Specialist to join our Global Refinish Marketing Team in Asturias, Spain. This role focuses on creating and delivering marketing content, sales tools, and training materials that support Axalta’s global Non‑Paint initiatives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute global marketing programs, maintain consistent brand messaging, and drive business growth through customer‑focused communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing collateral, sales tools, technical documentation, and other customer‑facing assets in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Create impactful presentations and content that clearly communicate Axalta’s value proposition throughout the customer journey.
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external communication programs in partnership with the Social Media Manager.
- Manage and optimize content within the sales enablement platform (Seismic), ensuring resources are easily accessible and effectively used by teams.
- Design and deliver training materials to support the adoption and effective use of marketing and sales tools.
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships to lead and execute marketing initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, content development, or a related business field.
- Proven experience creating content in a B2B environment.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including advanced PowerPoint proficiency.
- Creative, organized, and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strategic mindset combined with a collaborative, hands‑on approach.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a global team.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
- Fluent English required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive aftermarket, industrial products, or packaging.
- Experience in B2B, automotive aftermarket, industrial products, or related industries would be an advantage.
