As Head of Global Portfolio Training, you will lead the worldwide training strategy for SITA’s Airport Operations, Passenger Processing, and Baggage portfolios. You drive a globally distributed team of Product Trainers and Instructional Designers to ensure value realization for internal and external users. You will scale learning through digital and AI-enabled approaches, translating complex products into impactful learning experiences.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to align training with business and customer outcomes. You will shape the future of training at SITA and make a measurable impact on adoption and value realization.

- Define and execute a global training vision for the Airport BU aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead, mentor, and empower Product Trainers and Instructional Designers toward excellence
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Delivery, and Operations to shape portfolio training strategies
- Design and oversee scalable software and product training programs for internal enablement and external customers
- Drive portfolio planning and delivery excellence balancing demand, capacity, timelines, and budget
- Embed digital, automated, and AI-enabled learning approaches to improve reach and learner experience
- Establish and track metrics to measure training effectiveness, adoption, and business impact
- Ensure consistent training standards while adapting content to regional and solution-specific needs
- Act as an ambassador for SITA’s training strategy and promote new ways of working across stakeholders
