ABOUT THE COMPANY A growing logistics company operating across Spain and expanding its footprint internationally. The business moves fast, operates across multiple sites and functions, and is at a stage where building a structured and high-performing people function is a genuine business priority. This is a founding HR leadership role, which means significant scope and real influence over how the company grows its teams.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
You will lead the full HR function end to end, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, compensation, and organizational development. You will define and implement people processes that can scale with the business, partner directly with senior leadership on workforce planning, and ensure the company operates in full compliance with Spanish labor law across all its locations. You will also be responsible for building the employer brand and driving engagement across a distributed, operations-heavy workforce.
WHAT YOU BRING
7 or more years in HR with at least 3 in a leadership or standalone HR management role.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or similarly structured environments is a strong advantage. Deep working knowledge of Spanish labor law and employment regulation is required. You are equally comfortable designing strategy and executing the day-to-day.
Fluent
Spanish is required, and professional-level English is expected given the company's international ambitions. You are the kind of person who does not wait to be asked, builds trust across operational and commercial teams, and treats the people function as a lever for business performance, not a compliance overhead.
LOCATION AND COMPENSATION
Based in Spain, Madrid or Barcelona. On-site or hybrid depending on company location and setup. EUR 69,000 gross annual salary.
