We are IMPRESS, the largest chain of digital orthodontic clinics in Europe, revolutionizing the invisible orthodontic sector and bringing smiles to people's faces. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to join our Barcelona HQ. This high-impact leadership role sits at the intersection of general strategy and local execution.
Location: Onsite, Barcelona (Spain).
Responsibilities Lead the Team: Manage and mentor a team of Marketing Managers across 10 countries (SP, PT, IT, FR, NL, SE, UK, and US).
Own the Numbers: Lead weekly performance reviews with our Founders and Leadership team; turn complex data into clear stories, focusing on Sales, CAC, and Funnel Efficiency.
Bridge the Gap: Act as the connective tissue between HQ marketing and local teams; provide direction to cross‑functional experts in Performance, CRM, CRO, Creative, Influencer, and Affiliate marketing based on local sales needs.
Drive Execution: Oversee HQ campaign rollouts while leading local-first initiatives like OOH, offline events, and regional partnerships.
Support Strategy: Partner with the CMO on investor presentations and business cases for new strategic projects.
Qualifications ~10+ years of marketing experience, solid background in matrix organizations and scaling companies quickly. ~ Performance Mindset: Think like a business owner, obsessed with ROI and unit economics. ~ Bias for Action: Value speed over perfection and pivot fast based on real‑time market feedback. ~ Strong Communicator: Natural presenter who can simplify complex ideas; comfortable working closely with the C‑suite. ~ Languages: Fluent English is a must; Spanish is a big plus. This is an on-site role in our Barcelona office. We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
