Click&Boat in Barcelona is seeking a Head of Paid Acquisition to own the strategy for acquiring renters and boat owners at scale across markets. You will lead a team of 3 Paid Acquisition Managers, own the paid media budget and P&L, and collaborate with the Global Head of Performance to align on global strategy. This role reports to the Executive Board, works with Product, Tech and Data teams, and offers a hybrid work setup in Barcelona with competitive compensation.
