NUXE, one of the leading French pharmacy skincare brands, is looking for a Human Ressources Business Partner for a permanent contract for a maternity leave.

Implement and sustain effective HR processes.
Areas of Responsibility and Missions
Talent Management
Oversee the recruitment, selection, onboarding, development, and retention of employees.
Implement talent development and succession programs.
Labor Relations
Manage employee relations and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Organizational Development
Promote a high-performance culture and shared values.
Facilitate organizational change and foster innovation.
Compensation and Benefits
Implement, in line with HQ guidance, competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.
Training and Development
Identify employee training and development needs and manage the implementation of training programs linked to the business requirements focused on sustainable growth.
HR Data Analysis
Use HR data to make informed decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Payroll Management
Oversee the payroll process to ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time. This includes managing timesheets, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
Administrative Tasks
Handle a variety of administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents (like employment contracts and new hire guides), and updating internal databases with new hire information. This also includes coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and taking minutes during meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HRBP position managing sales Teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are crucial for building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of Spanish labour laws and HR best practices.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse situations and come up with practical solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the pharmaceutical cosmetics sector can be a plus.
- Language : Spanish & English mandatory. French as a plus
- Position based in Barcelona.
