Job Overview
We are a rapidly expanding deep tech company backed by major investors, seeking a Mid / Senior LLM Engineer to design, build, and refine language models. This permanent, full-time hybrid role will be based in Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza or San Sebastian, and may involve a few days on-site and a couple remote.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and refine large language models using state‑of‑the‑art AI technologies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate models into product offerings.
- Tackle complex, meaningful problems to shape the future of LLM and NLP.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience developing, training, and building LLMs (not merely using them).
- Excellent knowledge of libraries such as Hugging Face and related frameworks.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range €70,000‑€80,000 plus bonus and potential joining bonus. We offer a referral scheme and flexible hybrid work arrangement.
