In-House Legal Counsel — European Energy Contracts

Hithium Energy Storage is seeking a Legal Counsel in Spain with 5–8 years of experience to support European operations. You will focus on procurement and commercial contracts, working hands-on with various teams in the renewable energy sector.

Your responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on Spanish law matters, and providing legal support for project execution and compliance initiatives.

Strong knowledge of commercial contracting and communication skills are essential, with fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
