Lead the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for cybersecurity governance.
Implement and manage cybersecurity processes such as Vulnerability Management, Incident Management, etc.
Follow up on security findings and ensure timely remediation actions are implemented.
Work closely with European teams to ensure adherence to application security requirements.
Support the documentation and communication of governance processes and security policies.
Participate in regular reviews and updates of security controls and standards.
Provide assistance to the regional ISO in compliance monitoring, risk management, and reporting efforts.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify security risks and recommend improvements.
Stay up‑to‑date with cybersecurity trends and best practices to contribute to the ongoing improvement of security governance.
Qualification
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
Languages
English mandatory
German knowledge is desirable

Qualifications
6+ years of experience in CyberSecurity
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
Knowledge of information security standards, including ISO 27001 and NIST.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
