As our new Product Manager for the Professional Range, you will be the technical heart of our specialized projects.

Your mission is to provide high-level technical expertise to both clients and internal teams, ensuring that our professional cleaning solutions are perfectly integrated into large-scale projects. You will bridge the gap between engineering precision and commercial excellence.

Technical Project Support: Act as the subject matter expert for professional product lines on a national level, providing advanced technical guidance during all project phases.

Design (AutoCAD): Design and develop detailed technical layouts and project blueprints using AutoCAD to ensure our solutions meet site-specific requirements. Prepare comprehensive technical offers and documentation for complex projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs. Represent the local subsidiary at international meetings and training sessions in Germany, staying ahead of product innovations and global standards.

Business Development: Collaborate directly with Commercial and General Management to design and implement growth strategies for your product family.

Quality Compliance: Ensure all projects and processes strictly adhere to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. University degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical preferred), Business Administration, or a related technical field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for designing project layouts.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a technical-commercial role, product management, or project engineering within the industrial sector. Fluency in English is required (minimum B2/C1) for international coordination and training in Germany. A proactive professional who balances technical rigor with a commercial mindset and excellent communication skills.
