About the Role This role involves delivering technical assistance to employees across various systems and ensuring the operational continuity of IT services.
Responsibilities Deliver technical assistance to employees across desktop systems, servers, and mobile devices (both hardware and software). Maintain and support business-critical applications across Linux-based systems (e.g., Ubuntu, enterprise distributions) and Windows environments. Coordinate the setup, configuration, and delivery of IT equipment for distributed teams.
Install and maintain infrastructure components such as servers, networking devices, and end-user hardware. Administer user identities and access across both local directory services and cloud-based platforms. Ensure systems are up to date through regular updates, patches, and maintenance activities.
Investigate and resolve technical incidents across different layers of the IT environment. Support additional IT-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications Degree in a technical discipline such as IT, computer science, or engineering. 5+ years) supporting Windows-based environments. Hands-on experience with hardware deployment and maintenance (e.g., servers, endpoints, peripherals). Good understanding of networking principles (protocols, routing, firewalls, etc.).
Preferred Skills Fluency in English and Spanish. infrastructure, systems, or cloud technologies).
Experience supporting Linux desktop environments. Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure platforms.
