We are currently looking for a

Junior Project Coordinator to join our PMO team, supporting projects across Europe.

Location

Full-time relocation to project locations (Spain & Europe)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and motivated professional with initial experience in project coordination, ideally within engineering or a related field, who is eager to grow in a dynamic and demanding international environment.

Key Requirements

Full availability to relocate for extended periods to project locations across Spain and Europe (essential)

Degree in Engineering (preferably maritime or industrial) or a related field

1 year experience in project coordination or management (maritime sector is a plus)

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

Proactive, adaptable, and quick to learn

Advanced English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus

Main Responsibilities

Project Management

Collect and report on project plans, status, resources, and key data, ensuring clear communication between the Project Manager and PMO

Client Relations

Act as a point xugodme of contact for clients regarding ongoing project matters

Contract Management

Manage documentation in line with GYG procedures, including final project approvals

Resource Coordination

Ensure required resources are requested and available to meet project needs
