As a Front Office Supervisor you will support daily front office operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience throughout the guest journey. You will lead the front office team on shift, maintain high service standards, and act as a role model.
Responsibilities - Supervise and support the Front Office team during daily operations and shifts - Ensure smooth check‑ins, check‑outs, room allocations and guest requests - Lead by example and maintain excellent service standards at all times - Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally and efficiently - Support onboarding, training and coaching of new and existing associates - Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences - Assist with shift planning, cash handling and operational procedures - Maintain an organized and welcoming lobby and front office areas - Support the Front Office Manager with administrative and operational tasks as needed Qualifications - At least 1–2 years of experience in a front office or supervisory hospitality role - Completed education in hospitality or tourism is a plus - Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus - Guest‑oriented, proactive, and solution‑driven - Organised, stress‑resistant and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment - Strong communication skills and enjoyment of motivating others - Flexible to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays - Experience with Opera PMS; Marriott systems are a big plus Benefits - Competitive salary based on market standards - Diverse, multicultural and dynamic work environment - Discounted stays at Marriott hotels worldwide and all Odyssey properties - Up to 31 vacation days for a healthy work‑life balance - Ongoing training, personal growth opportunities and priority access to internal vacancies What’s in for you?
