Job Description: Take full ownership of regional DSP management, including sourcing, evaluation, selection, onboarding, and day-to-day partner performance management.
Build and manage a strong regional partner network to ensure sustainable service capability and operational reliability.
Lead the growth agenda for the region, including: Capacity planning to support volume growth Regional expansion Rollout of new products and services Set up and implement last mile operations process and SOPs to realize expected quality and performance
