Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Technology Development Team Leader to lead a small software development team while contributing to the design, development, and enhancement of technology solutions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with project planning, architecture design, and team management in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Technology Management to define development priorities and product enhancements.
- Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders and clients.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee development activities and project deliverables.
- Define and maintain system architecture to support new functionalities and technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and actively contribute to software development.
- Lead, mentor, and support a small team of developers, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience with Java development.
- 2 3 years of experience with Node.js and Angular.
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing small development teams.
- Strong planning, organizational, and project execution skills.
- Ability to work independently while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
