Qualifications A Middle Java Engineer with 3–5 years of professional experience Strong knowledge of JVM technologies, including modern Java and modern Kotlin Experience in AdTech, ideally with DSP (Demand‑Side Platform) development Good communication skills and a proactive approach; English level: Upper‑Intermediate Nice‑to‑have Skills Previous experience working with high‑load systems Understanding of system design principles Familiarity with cloud platforms Experience collaborating with Senior, Principal Engineers, or Architects Ability to work in fast‑paced and dynamic environments Responsibilities Contribute to the development and optimization of AdTech solutions Work with modern Java/Kotlin within JVM‑based architectures Collaborate closely with senior engineers, tech leads, and architects Participate in technical discussions, propose solutions, and improve system performance Ensure high‑quality code delivery and follow best engineering practices At Avenga, everyone matters.
