Counsel, you will provide legal support to the French affiliates and business units of the Uriach group, collaborating on global transversal projects led by headquarters in an international environment.
Responsabilidades Advise all departments of the French affiliates on any legal issues they may face in their day‐to‐day operations, including commercial law, pharmaceutical law (drugs, medical devices, food supplements), competition law, advertising law, and more. Draft, review, and lead the negotiation of all types of commercial contracts required by internal stakeholders (e.g., Prepare or lead the preparation of all corporate documentation necessary for the companies within French affiliates and maintain the corporate books up to date. Act as Compliance Delegate for the French affiliates with support from the Global Compliance team.
Act as Data Champion for the French affiliates with support from the Global Data Protection team. Coordinate external legal advisors and handle communication with authorities and courts. Coordinate external trademark agent regarding the trademark portfolio with support from the General IP team.
Ensure all legal documentation of the French affiliates is stored properly.
Requisitos y Calificaciones Lawyer with at least 5 years of experience as in‐house legal counsel in a corporate/commercial setting or in a law firm. Knowledge of commercial, competition, marketing (advertising), and data protection laws. Proactive, agile, business‐partner mindset with a strong drive to achieve results.
Willingness to promote and facilitate close collaboration between local business units and the global legal team. Strong commercial mindset and business‐oriented focus. Excellent communication and drafting skills in French and English;
