Position: Low-Code Developer – Business Workflow Automation

Location: León, Spain (Hybrid work model)

Department: Big Data

Are you passionate about process automation and continuous improvement?

At HP SCDS, we're looking for a Citizen Developer to collaborate with business areas and transform processes using low-code/no-code platforms, primarily ServiceNow.

What you'll do

• Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement automations using PlayBooks in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand needs and validate solutions.
• Document workflows and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

(You'll work with processes of varying complexity, from simple tasks to workflows involving cross-team collaboration and integration with multiple tools.)

What we're looking for

• Ability to understand processes and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
• English proficiency (minimum B2) to collaborate on international projects and in global environments.
• Programming and scripting knowledge, especially in JavaScript.

Previous experience with ServiceNow or PlayBooks is not required but will be valued. We offer official training and internal resources to help you grow in these technologies.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Experience in corporate environments or digital transformation projects.
