Key Responsibilities

Recommendation Engines: Develop and refine hybrid models combining collaborative filtering and content based data to match buyers with off market listings.

SQ Intelligence: Scale existing ML pipelines to identify investment potential and market trends across thousands of assets.

Specialised Models: Work on Invest-Match and Geo-Match systems for real time property valuation and precise location detection.

Advanced Integration: Support the integration of AI driven virtual tours and spatial computing for property visualisation.

Technical Requirements

Deep expertise in Machine Learning and Recommendation Systems.

Experience with collaborative filtering and hybrid recommendation architectures.

Proficiency in building scalable data pipelines for real time analytics.
