We are looking for a strategic and analytical Payment Solutions Manager to drive the expansion and optimization of our global payment capabilities. You will work closely with product, operations, compliance, and commercial teams to enhance our payment ecosystem and support business growth. Conduct commercial, technical, and regulatory due diligence on potential partners Compare providers based on pricing, performance, coverage, risk profile, and technical capabilities Lead the selection and onboarding of payment partners, including contract negotiation and commercial terms Monitor and analyze provider performance (e.g., Stay up to date with global payment trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes KYC/AML, PCI-DSS) Support expansion into new markets by identifying the most relevant local payment methods and providers Prepare business cases, reports, and recommendations for senior stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field ~Proven experience in vendor evaluation, negotiation, and partner management ~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions ~ Knowledge of global payment regulations and compliance frameworks is a plus ~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ~ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment ~ A key role in shaping a global payment infrastructure
