At Factorial, we’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to lead our growth strategy for the Italian market. This key role will drive scalable initiatives, manage a local events and webinars team, handle budget allocation, and align closely with Sales to accelerate pipeline generation and market expansion.

What you’ll do Design and execute data‑driven demand generation strategies to accelerate pipeline growth in the Italian market.
Collaborate with the Marketing Director as a strategic partner and key advisor, using data, performance analytics, and market intelligence to guide strategy and accelerate market penetration, conversion efficiency, and revenue growth. Manage inbound and outbound lead orchestration, prioritizing lead assignments and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, optimizing routing and coverage models, and providing enablement for all campaigns. Lead Sales & Marketing alignment (Smarketing) and mentor a team to execute high‑impact regional events and strategic webinars.
Oversee the Italian marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
HubSpot to design and optimize lead nurturing workflows and improve overall CRM effectiveness. Analyze marketing KPIs and performance metrics to identify opportunities for scalable growth and market expansion. What we’re looking for ~3‑4 years of proven experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Digital Acquisition roles. ~ Prior experience in the B2B SaaS industry is strongly valued. ~ Extensive hands‑on experience with HubSpot (workflows, lists, reporting) and modern CRM tools. ~ Highly organized, data‑driven, and business‑hungry, with the ability to translate numbers into actionable growth initiatives. ~ Experience managing or mentoring people and aligning cross‑functional stakeholders. ~ Native or native‑level fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English.
