For one of our main clients located in Alcobendas, Omnitel is looking for a Marketing Specialist to provide support to the marketing team in the development of their main activities. Candidates should be able to work cross functionally in the planning and execution of marketing plans.

- Annual Gross Salary: 25K-27K

Responsabilities
:
Samples
- Stock management at an informational level.
- Management of loan requests from the MX-MKT division (loans, time extensions, and any associated adjustments).
- Intermediary between the MX and Sample & MKT Cost areas.
Marketing Support
(30%):
- Management of marketing materials stock in the logistics warehouse.
- Manager of material shipment requests from the MX-MKT division.
- Downloading of marketing materials and adaptations.
- Development of marketing materials (brochures, goodies, etc.).
- Liaison with marketing agencies (sending images, product information, etc.).
- Reporting.
Requirements
:
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in English: Minimum C!
- Intermediate level of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Administrative experience.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Proactive approach.
- Commitment.
