HCLTech is seeking a highly skilled Micro Focus Enterprise Server (MFES) Specialist to join the delivery team in Madrid supporting one of Europe's leading fund distribution platforms.
This is a business‑critical role responsible for the end‑to‑end operational management of the MFES platform and all associated components across Production, Pre‑production, B2B, and Development environments.

- Micro Focus Enterprise Server (MFES) Administration
- MFES Environment Lifecycle (start/stop/import/export)
- Batch Region & JES Resource Administration
- Spool Management (MSS Emulator, Printer Initiators)
- MFES Patch Application & Software Upgrades
- HPE Framework Installation & Configuration within MFES
- SYNCSORT Integration & Administration
- MFES ESCWA Event Management & Monitoring Dashboard
- LDAP‑Based MFES User Identity Management
- SSL Certificate Management for MFES Endpoints
- MFES Backup & Restore / System Dump Generation
- MFES Automation Scripting (Shell / Python / JCL equivalent)
- Financial services batch operations – overnight NAV calculations, settlement processing, intraday transaction windows; direct experience protecting critical batch completion schedule.
