Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Partnership Management: Formulate long - term strategic plans and annual work plans for the company's OEM business of ICT products, ensuring alignment with the company's overall development strategy.
  • Production Management and Quality Control: Organize and coordinate the production schedules of OEM manufacturers to guarantee that products are delivered on time, with high quality and in the required quantities.
  • Cost and Risk Management: Conduct cost accounting and analysis for the OEM business, devise cost - control strategies, and reduce production and operating costs through supply chain optimization, purchase price negotiation, and other means.
  • Team Management and Cross - functional Collaboration: Build and manage the OEM business team. Recruit, train, evaluate performance, and motivate team members to enhance the overall quality and business capabilities of the team.
Qualifications
  • A full - time bachelor's degree or above, preferably in ICT - related fields such as electronic engineering, communication engineering, computer science.
  • Over 8 years of working experience in the ICT industry, including more than 5 years of experience in OEM business management. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in well - known ICT companies or large OEM manufacturers in Taiwan.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a U.S. green card.
