• Maintenance Manager Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs Ensure the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of all building systems and critical infrastructure Monitor maintenance activities and ensure compliance with established service levels and operational standards Coordinate technical interventions, refurbishment projects, and capital improvement initiatives Optimize maintenance processes and operational procedures to maximize asset performance .
