How You Will
Make an Impact Lead full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions – operations, sales, finance, and marketing. Partner closely with hiring managers to align talent strategy with business goals. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies.
Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, social platforms, and outreach techniques. Serve as a trusted advisor, educating leaders on market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices. Data, Insights & Strategy Leverage recruiting metrics and talent insights to influence decision‑making and meet hiring targets.
Optimize ATS (Workday or equivalent) workflows and reporting to improve efficiency and visibility. Stay current on recruitment trends, HR technologies, and global talent market shifts to inform strategy.
Process
Excellence & Continuous Improvement Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. Support onboarding processes to deliver seamless, people‑first transitions. Utilize AI tools, LLMs, and automation solutions to enhance sourcing, screening, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with global Talent team members to share ideas and continuously improve processes.
About
You ~5+ years of full-cycle xcskxlj recruiting experience (in‑house, agency, or blended). ~ Proven ability to directly source and build pipelines for challenging roles in different markets. ~ Experience partnering confidently with senior leaders and managing expectations. ~ Strong global or regional recruiting exposure. ~ Structured, organized, and comfortable operating inside an ATS rather than spreadsheets. ~ Data‑driven with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights. ~ Excellent communication skills with the ability to probe, influence, and negotiate. ~ Fluent in verbal and written business English.
