Factorial is looking for a Payroll Consultant – Spanish Market to support Spanish customers through implementation and adoption of Factorial’s Payroll and compensation solutions. This hands‑on role ensures world‑class optimization experience for our clients.
About the role - Support payroll implementations end-to-end: guide Spanish clients through implementation and adoption of Factorial’s Payroll and modules, ensuring a smooth transition and strong product usage.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert for Spanish payroll: deeply understand client processes and Spanish payroll requirements to tailor solutions to each organization.
- Deliver consultative payroll enablement: support payroll setup across time management, employee data, contract types, integrations, and compliance workflows, adapting configuration to business needs.
- Train & advise client teams: deliver training sessions, share best practices, and support payroll teams in automating and scaling processes.
- Identify risks, edge cases & improvements: detect complex scenarios, propose solutions or workarounds, and escalate when needed to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with Product: act as a bridge between clients and Product teams, sharing insights on Spanish payroll rules and recurring customer pain points, and participate in testing and feature validation.
- Build long‑term customer partnerships: support clients beyond go‑live, ensuring compliance with Spanish labour law and audit readiness.
- Work cross‑functionally: collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and implementation partners to ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer journey. Your Profile - Strong knowledge of Spanish payroll processes, conventions collectives and local compliance.
- Native Spanish and fluent English (Catalan is a plus).
- Experience supporting clients, implementing SaaS/ERP tools, or working in a consulting environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business processes into product configuration.
- Fast learner, comfortable keeping up with product evolution.
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable taking ownership.
- TECH savvy and consulting mindset. Nice‑to‑have - Experience with Spanish payroll tools.
- Background in HRIS, payroll, or process automation.
- Experience building or delivering scalable service packages.
