People Specialist (Internship)

For our Barcelona offices we are searching for a proactive People Department Intern to join our team in Spain for 6 months starting in September. This role offers hands-on experience across recruitment, labor compliance, HR operations, and impactful regional projects across Spain, France, and Mexico.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Screen CVs, post roles on LinkedIn, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, and support franchisee recruitment.
• HR Operations: Audit and draft job descriptions across functions, and assist in deploying global HR systems and processes (SAP, Navex, PVI).
• Regional Projects & CSR: Help build a new joiner Welcome Handbook, update ISO documentation, drive CSR and disability policy initiatives across ES/FR/MX, and organize local company events.
• Compliance & Legal: Support labor compliance audits (workplace safety, harassment prevention), assist with Pay Transparency guidelines, and digitalize legal documents.

Skills and experiences:

• Education: Student or recent graduate in HR, Law, Business Administration, or similar.
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, great communication, proactive attitude, and comfort with HR tech tools.
• Availability: Ready to start a 6 month internship in September (Full-time or Part-time available). Holding a european working permit is mandatory.
