Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Plant Quality Manager (m/f) to integrate the production team of Logoplaste Torija . Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will be required to work as an integral part of the team. Present in 16 countries, Logoplaste is a global value-added service provider and producer of rigid plastic packaging for well-known fast moving consumer goods companies in the food and beverage, cosmetics, personal care and household industries.

We are experts in manufacturing sustainable plastic packaging through embedded, just-in-time supply chains. Our Wall to Wall business model eliminates the need for secondary packaging and the logistics associated with transporting empty bottles. Plant Quality

Manager is responsible for overseeing logistics operations and quality management across the plant in Torija. Oversees overall plant compliance with quality requirements, and acts as the main point of contact at the plant for quality matters, including collaborating with the Plant Manager and the client to manage quality information, maintaining records for future audits

  • Manages and ensures compliance with product-related quality standards in all quality management system and documents completed by operators or suppliers, verifying that they are accurately filled out
  • Reports to the National Quality Manager on various quality metrics of the group
  • Conducts audits and participates in audit activities together with the Plant Manager. Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial/Production environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Solid understanding of Logistics & Quality Control practices
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English and Spanish (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of MS office tools
