About the role

We are supporting a growing pharmaceutical company that is expanding its Product Development team due to an increase in projects. This role focuses on small molecule drug products already on the market, working within a fully outsourced/virtual model (no internal manufacturing sites or labs).

You will play a key role in managing product lifecycle activities, ensuring product quality, and supporting technical and regulatory processes across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Support product lifecycle management for marketed drug products
  • Coordinate and oversee technology transfers between manufacturing sites
  • Lead and support investigations, deviations, and CAPAs
  • Act as technical support for product-related issues
  • Collaborate with CDMOs/CMOs and cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to regulatory documentation (CMC) and support responses to health authorities
  • Monitor outsourced activities and ensure compliance with GMP standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Background in small molecule drug product development
  • Experience in a manufacturing, production, or technical support environment
  • Proven involvement in technology transfer and/or product lifecycle activities
  • Exposure to regulatory dossiers (e.g. CTD, Module 3) and interactions with health authorities xugodme
  • Strong understanding of GMP and quality processes
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus, not essential)
