As a Product Manager within the Compliance domain, your mission is to define and deliver compliance-critical capabilities across our iGaming platform. This includes regulatory reporting, safer gambling, KYC, PAM, and integrations with regulatory bodies such as Docaposte and centralised exclusion systems.

You will own a defined compliance vertical and be responsible for shaping its strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will lead and develop a team of Product Owners, ensuring strong product practices, clear ownership, and consistent delivery standards.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, particularly in translating complex regulatory requirements into scalable, reliable product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own the roadmap and delivery for your compliance domain, balancing regulatory deadlines with business priorities
Define and drive the strategy for regulatory reporting and safer gambling features, including integrations with platforms such as Docaposte and centralised exclusion lists
Translate regulatory requirements from authorities such as Malta Gaming Authority, UK Gambling Commission, etc. into clear, actionable product requirements
Lead and develop a team of Product Owners, ensuring high‑quality backlogs, clear priorities, and consistent delivery standards
Work closely with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Business teams to design solutions that are compliant, scalable, and operationally efficient
Own data mapping and reporting logic, ensuring accurate translation of platform data into regulatory reporting formats and APIs
Drive clarity on ambiguous or evolving regulatory requirements, ensuring timely and pragmatic product decisions
Oversee backlog health across teams, ensuring work is well‑defined, prioritised, and ready for development
Support incident management and prioritisation of compliance‑related issues in line with agreed service levels
Support audits, licensing, and regulatory reviews by providing product documentation and system insights
Success in This Role
Regulatory reporting is consistently accurate, timely, and audit‑ready across all jurisdictions
New regulatory requirements and market entries are delivered on time with minimal rework
Strong alignment exists between Product, Compliance, and Engineering teams
Compliance systems scale effectively across multiple markets with low operational overhead
Clear ownership and high performance across Product Owners within the domain
Experience
5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years in iGaming
Proven experience working with regulatory reporting systems, with strong preference for Docaposte
Experience across multiple compliance‑related xugodme domains such as regulatory reporting, KYC, safer gambling, PAM, or exclusion systems
Experience launching or scaling products in regulated markets
Skills
Strong ability to translate regulatory obligations into clear product and technical requirements
Solid understanding of data structures, data mapping, and API‑based integrations
Excellent stakeholder management across technical, compliance, and commercial teams
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy and validation
Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast‑moving environments
Nice to Have
Experience working across multiple jurisdictions
Exposure to AML, fraud detection, or risk systems
Experience improving or scaling regulatory reporting pipelines
Familiarity with AI‑driven approaches in compliance, such as anomaly detection or automated monitoring
